Steering Wheels:
- Giancarlo Fisichella joined the Benetton team in 1998, at the time managed by Flavio Briatore, and in 1999 he took part in the Formula 1 World Championship behind the wheel of the Benetton B199. The car, which was fitted with this MOMO steering wheel in our collection, proved to be very competitive, but it was slightly heavier than the other cars competing and even its shape was not perfectly aerodynamic. Nevertheless, he managed to achieve a 2nd, a 4th and two 5th places, respectively at the Canadian, Australian, San Marino and Monaco Grands Prix, finishing the season in a respectable 13th place.
