Piaggio Vespa 125 ET3 Primavera, 1979, Italy
The Vespa ET3 joined the Primavera in 1976 with some interesting technical features:
first, the introduction of electronic ignition, that helped smoothening the engine response, now with 3 ports instead of 2.
Hence the name ET3: Elettronica 3 Travasi (Italian for "Electronic 3 Ports").
Thanks to its small dimensions, similar to the Vespa 50, the ET3 is very maneuverable and with its torpedo exhaust, earned higher performance that turned it into one of the most coveted 2-wheelers for 1970s teenagers.
